New Delhi, July 28 -- Nykaa has appointed former Instamart Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ankit Jain as Head of Business, Nykaa Now, and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, Nykaa Beauty. The update is visible on his LinkedIn account.

Jain's appointment comes just weeks after he exited Instamart, where he oversaw end-to-end operations for the quick commerce platform. Before that, he spent nearly six years at Flipkart in senior supply chain leadership roles and close to 15 years at Unilever.

The move is significant because Nykaa is entering a phase where operational execution could matter as much as customer acquisition.

The company has already indicated that FY27 will see greater investment in Nykaa Now, its quick commerce offering. ...
