New Delhi, June 24 -- Nucleus Software has appointed Bhavit Godiwala as its Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), bringing nearly three decades of banking technology and digital transformation experience to the role.

Nucleus Software provides lending and transaction banking products to more than 200 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries. Based in Noida, the company said Godiwala will lead its global Customer Success organization, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, improving delivery excellence, accelerating value realization, and helping financial institutions navigate increasingly digital and AI-driven operating environments.
