New Delhi, March 26 -- Moving Tech Innovations (MTI) announces acquisition of Netherlands-based mobility firm Automicle Holding BV, on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Bengaluru.

On the acquisition the company said that as Urban mobility remains unsolved across cities globally the mobility technology company is taking its zero-commission, community-led mobility model to Europe to address these challenges and to empower cities and their communities. The company said it has completed over 150 million trips and enabled more than Rs.2,500 crore in driver earnings without commissions.
