New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Mphasis has signed a strategic agreement with Japan-based TechnoPro Holdings to take its AI-led enterprise modernization and optimization offerings to the Japanese market.

Under the agreement, TechnoPro will introduce Mphasis Modernize and Mphasis Optimize to clients across Japan. Both offerings are built on Mphasis Tria, which the IT services company describes as its Enterprise Agency Platform for combining enterprise knowledge, AI-driven decision-making and agentic execution.

The companies will initially focus on opportunities across financial services and manufacturing, while also taking Mphasis' cybersecurity, compliance and security capabilities to TechnoPro customers.
