New Delhi, July 7 -- Less than a year after its launch, AI-powered photo-sharing startup PicSee has shut operations after failing to achieve the scale needed for long-term growth, marking the second startup closure for Koo cofounder Mayank Bidawatka.

The startup, operated by Billion Hearts Software Technologies, was launched in October 2025 to simplify photo sharing using AI-powered face recognition. The platform enabled users to automatically find and exchange photos across their friends' devices through a reciprocal sharing model, eliminating the need to manually request pictures after events or gatherings.
