New Delhi, Aug. 28 -- Space technology company InspeCity has raised Rs.100 crore (approximately US$10.5 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Speciale Invest and investor Ashish Kacholia. The company will use the capital to move its in-space servicing technologies from development and testing toward flight qualification and commercial deployment.

The round also saw participation from Antler Elevate, Antler India, Manish Gandhi, Shastra VC and other investors.

Over the next 12-18 months, InspeCity plans to execute four in-orbit missions under its RIG-X, VEDA-X and SAMA-X roadmap. The missions will progressively validate technologies covering propulsion, sensing, autonomous operations, robotics, docking and in-orbit refuelling....
