New Delhi, July 30 -- Arboreal Bioinnovations, an India-based specialty food and nutraceutical ingredient technology company, has raised Rs.230 crore in a Series A funding round co-led by Omnivore and EAAA Alternatives, with participation from existing investor Rainmatter by Zerodha.

The company said the funding is among the largest Series A investments in India's specialty food ingredients sector and will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development (R&D) capabilities, and accelerate the commercialisation of its next generation of functional ingredients.
