India's Finance Talent Prioritises Purpose, AI Skills and Flexibility: ACCA Study
New Delhi, May 27 -- Around 81% of finance professionals in India aspire to careers that create social impact, while 77% prefer roles linked to environmental impact, according to a new study released by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). The study also found that 51% believe their current role already contributes to social change.
The findings are part of ACCA's India Talent Trends 2026 report, which highlights how finance professionals in the country are increasingly prioritising purpose-driven careers, AI adoption, workplace flexibility, and long-term career resilience amid ongoing economic uncertainty.
