India's AI Readiness Gap Widens as Adoption Accelerates: Kyndryl
New Delhi, July 7 -- India's enterprises may be moving quickly on artificial intelligence, but their workforces are not keeping pace with the speed of adoption. A new Kyndryl report has found that only 25% of organizations in India believe their workforce is adequately prepared to successfully leverage AI, even as AI deployment expands across business functions.
The finding is part of Kyndryl's second annual People Readiness Report, a global study of 1,100 senior business and technology leaders across eight countries, including India.
