New Delhi, Feb. 25 -- At theAI Impact Summit 2026, conversations around enterprise AI repeatedly returned to a familiar gap: pilots succeed, scale fails.
In an interaction with CiOL, Rahul Bhattacharya, Partner and AI Leader, EY Global Delivery Services, argued that the reasons have little to do with technology.
"There can be several factors, but what we have found to be the key important ones are actually nothing to do with technology."
Bhattacharya emphasised that organisations often focus on models and proofs of concept, but scaling requires foundational work, governance, operating models, value measurement and change management.
