New Delhi, July 13 -- HCLTech has appointed Jacob Christian Dahl as an Independent Director on its Board with effect from July 13, 2026, adding a global banking and strategy executive with nearly four decades of experience in financial services, governance and business transformation.

Dahl currently serves as an Independent Director at Danske Bank, one of the largest banking groups in the Nordic region. Before joining the HCLTech board, he spent more than twenty-five years at McKinsey & Company, where he held several leadership roles, including Senior Partner, Co-Leader of the Global Banking Practice and Leader of the Asia Banking Practice.
