New Delhi, March 13 -- Google has officially completed its$32 billion acquisition of Israeli cloud cybersecurity startup Wiz, closing a deal that was first announced a year ago. The transaction marks the largest acquisition in Google's history and signals the company's growing focus on strengthening cloud security capabilities.
