New Delhi, Aug. 16 -- For Global Capability Centers, the AI conversation is changing. The question is no longer simply whether teams are experimenting with AI, but whether those experiments are improving the way work gets done and whether organizations can prove it.

A new joint study by Zinnov and ProHance points to a gap between adoption and measurement. Based on more than 160 survey responses and over 50 hours of interviews with GCC leaders, the study found that 92% of GCCs are either piloting or scaling AI. Yet 72% of leaders said they do not have a structured framework to measure its return on investment.

That gap could become more important as GCCs move AI from individual pilots into everyday workflows.
