New Delhi, June 26 -- CRED has introduced an AI-powered credit coach that provides personalised guidance based on a member's credit profile while also offering real-time alerts whenever changes appear in their credit report.

The launch builds on CRED's existing credit score offering, which the company says has grown to 36 lakh monthly active users within a year.

Rather than limiting users to periodic score updates, the new feature enables members to ask conversational questions such as why their score declined, how closing an old credit card might affect their profile, or what steps could help improve their score beyond 800.
