New Delhi, July 10 -- Artificial intelligence investments continue to accelerate across industries, but many enterprises are still struggling to convert AI adoption into measurable business impact. Addressing this gap, Cognizant has announced plans to develop a dedicated Frontier-certified workforce comprising 5,000 AI engineers and 10,000 business operators.

The company says the initiative is aimed at creating the human capability required to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and scale AI-led transformation across business functions.
