Blue Machines AI Launches Floe To Improve Language Switching In Enterprise AI
New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- Blue Machines AI has launched Floe, a proprietary context-aware language detection model designed to help enterprise AI agents determine when customers are genuinely switching languages rather than simply using words from multiple languages in the same conversation.
The model currently supports 11 languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, and Punjabi.
India's multilingual conversations often combine English product names, financial terminology, acronyms, and business vocabulary with regional-language grammar. Conventional language detection systems can interpret the presence of English words as an indication that the user has switched to English.
