New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has secured a US$15.5 million (about Rs.147 crore) Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support, with its wholly owned US subsidiary Global Impx Inc. leading the engagement. The project, which began on September 24, 2026, will be delivered in New Jersey, US, and covers infrastructure for AI model training and inference.

The order was issued under a Master Services Agreement signed between Global Impx and IBM Cloud on August 21, 2026. The fixed-fee engagement will be paid against five milestones, beginning with project kickoff and extending through production go-live.
