New Delhi, March 23 -- 1Point1 Solutions Limited has announced a Rs 60 crore customer experience operations contract from Piramal Finance Limited for a period of three years. The company said the engagement will cover inbound and outbound customer experience operations, supporting both customer service and sales processes across Piramal Finance's portfolio of financial products.

The programme will be delivered through 1Point1 Solutions' delivery centres in Mumbai and Chennai. The company will draw on its experience in running large-scale customer experience programmes for financial services institutions.
