New Delhi, April 20 -- India is producing some of the world's most sophisticated AI users, but most of that capability is still clustered in a handful of urban pockets.

India ranks among the world's most advanced markets for artificial intelligence (AI) usage, particularly in coding, data analysis, and complex reasoning, according to new Capability Gap findings released by OpenAI recently.

However, the report also highlights a sharp imbalance: adoption remains heavily concentrated in a few major cities, leaving much of the country underrepresented in advanced AI use.
