Mumbai, May 7 -- Zensar Technologies has allotted 1,200 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, on 07 May 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 454,991,308 divided into 227,495,654 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
