Mumbai, Aug. 22 -- Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 20,94,47,805 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs 126 per warrant (warrant subscription price of Rs 31.50 and warrant exercise price of Rs 94.50).

The company has received Rs 659.76 crore as warrant subscription price from Sunbright Mauritius Investments (allottee).
