Mumbai, Oct. 10 -- Yes Bank has allotted 6,96,236 equity shares under ESOS on 09 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,779,527,910/- consisting of 31,389,763,955 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
