Mumbai, June 22 -- Yes Bank has allotted 6,58,070 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,772,208,318/- consisting of 31,386,104,159 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,773,524,458/- consisting of 31,386,762,229 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
