Mumbai, Aug. 25 -- Yes Bank has allotted 5,08,774 equity shares under ESOP on 25 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,776,591,498/- consisting of 31,388,295,749 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
