Mumbai, June 19 -- Windsor Machines has allotted 1,04,24,811 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants on receipt of 149.99 crore (being 75% of the issue price per warrant). Post conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,34,54,024/- consisting of 10,17,27,012/- fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
