Mumbai, Sept. 12 -- Welspun Corp has received a communication from its wholly-owned subsidiary viz. Welspun DI Pipes (WDI) that the Board of Directors of WDI at its meeting held on 11 September 2026 has considered and approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of 'Welspun Special Coating'.
