Mumbai, Aug. 3 -- Walchandnagar Industries has allotted 62,472 equity shares under ESOP on 03 August 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 13,58,09,064/- divided into 6,79,04,532 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
