Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- Viyash Scientific has allotted 11,07,309 equity shares under ESOP on 18 September 2026.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 88,10,40,722/- consisting of 44,05,20,361 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 88,32,55,340/-, comprising of 44,16,27,670 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
