Mumbai, Aug. 3 -- Vishal Snha has been promoted as the Head of Corporate HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and Organizational Development (OD) at Bharti AXA Life Insurance.

Having been with Bharti AXA Life Insurance for the past five years, Snha previously served as the Head of Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition. In that role, he led HR and talent acquisition initiatives across both sales and non-sales functions. Prior to that, as the Head of Training, Partnership Distribution, and Corporate HR, he oversaw HR operations for the corporate office, L&D, training for partnership distribution and group business units, as well as centralized employee induction and training analytics.
