Mumbai, May 11 -- Vaxfab Enterprises has allotted 19,50,348 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 11 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 25,46,89,250 /- comprising 2,54,68,925 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
