Mumbai, April 24 -- Vaxfab Enterprises has allotted 13,18,550 equity shares on conversion of warrants. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 23,51,85,770 /- comprising 2,35,18,577 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/ each.
