Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- The US Treasury market tumbled on Monday, pulling down prices and pushing up the yields. The 10-year yield hit above 4.76% to its highest level in nearly 20 months, while 5-year and 30-year yields climbed in tandem. The weekend US-Iran military escalation pushed Brent crude back above $90 a barrel, triggering inflation concerns. Combined with Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh's hawkish remarks at the Jackson Hole symposium, market-implied odds of a September rate hike have surged in last couple of sessions.
