Mumbai, Sept. 8 -- The upgraded platform will integrate workflow automation, system integration, analytics, security and AI-enabled capabilities on a common digital foundation, enabling government departments to process files digitally, undertake electronic approvals, track workflows in real time and access records more efficiently.

The engagement builds on TCS's long-standing involvement with OSWAS, which has been in use since 2009 and currently supports more than 4,600 government offices and nearly 50,000 users across Odisha.

OSWAS 3.0 will move the system to a more scalable microservices-based and mobile-first architecture, with enhanced interoperability, security and AI capabilities, including support for the Odia language.
