Mumbai, July 1 -- Tata Elxsi has allotted 2,497 equity shares under ESOP on 01 July 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 62,29,95,610 divided into 6,22,99,561 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each from Rs. 62,29,70,640 divided into 6,22,97,064 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
