Mumbai, June 30 -- Tata Tea Holdings (TTHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consumer Products had made an application for voluntarily strike-off and the said entity has been struck off from the Register of Companies, Mumbai. Accordingly, TTHPL has ceased to be the company's wholly owned subsidiary, effective 29 June 2026.
