Mumbai, June 11 -- Tata Consumer Products has allotted 6,463 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2026. Consequently, on June 10, 2026, the paid-up equity shares capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 98,96,38,805 divided into 98,96,38,805 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 98,96,45,268 divided into 98,96,45,268 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
