Mumbai, Aug. 31 -- The aforementioned contract is to be serviced from September 2026 through December 2028. These contracts are expected to generate revenues of more than $110 million over the contract period.

TCNA emerged as the successful bidder for these contracts in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Searles Valley Minerals (SVM), USA.

TCNA will acquire the contracts and related commercial rights for a cash consideration of US$21.16 million, with the transaction already approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, subject to customary customer-related closing conditions.
