Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- Syncom Formulations (India) has fixed 23 September 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members for payment of dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs. 0.10 per equity share of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
