Mumbai, Aug. 20 -- The initial public offer of Sunshine Pictures received bids for 58,04,90,382 shares as against 54,86,051 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:30 IST on Thursday (20 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 105.81 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 18 August 2026 and it will close on 20 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 342 and 360 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 41 equity shares and multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,428 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 125 crore by Sathishkumar T and Anitha S.
