Mumbai, Sept. 29 -- State governments accepted Rs 19,200 crore through the auction of State Government Securities (SGS) on 29 September 2026, against the total notified amount of Rs 22,200 crore. The auction covered 12 states, with Tamil Nadu partially accepting the notified amount.

Assam accepted Rs 800 crore through the re-issue of 7.83% Assam SGS 2046 at a cut-off yield of 7.9724%. Bihar accepted Rs 2,000 crore through the re-issues of 7.42% Bihar SGS 2035 and 7.92% Bihar SGS 2051 at yields of 7.8797% and 7.9643%, respectively.

Chhattisgarh accepted Rs 500 crore through the re-issues of 7.40% Chhattisgarh SGS 2035 and 7.64% Chhattisgarh SGS 2042 at yields of 7.8903% and 7.9767%, respectively. Haryana accepted Rs 2,500 crore through t...
