Mumbai, July 1 -- SRG Housing Finance has allotted 1350 equity shares under ESOS on 01 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 15,70,75,880 (consisting of 1,57,07,588 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
