Mumbai, June 17 -- SPML Infra has allotted 233,744 equity shares under ESOP scheme on 16 June 2026. Accordingly the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 168,299,846/- consisting of 84,149,923 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
