Mumbai, Feb. 26 -- South Indian Bank has allotted 1,54,754 equity shares under ESOS on 26 February 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 2,61,74,95,416.00 divided into 2,61,74,95,416 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
