Mumbai, June 16 -- Sona BLW Precision Forgings has allotted 6,500 equity shares under ESOP on 16 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,22,03,48,370 consisting of 62,20,34,837 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
