Mumbai, June 8 -- Shriram Finance has allotted 84,560 equity shares under ESOS on 08 June 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.470,56,61,136/- to Rs.470,58,30,256/-.
