Mumbai, July 7 -- Shriram Finance has allotted 33,311 equity shares under ESOS on 07 July 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.470,58,30,256/- to Rs.470,58,96,878/-.
