Mumbai, Sept. 2 -- Shriram Asset Management Co has allotted 1,56,640 equity shares under ESOP on 02 September 2026. Pursuant to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 16,98,06,960/- to Rs 17,13,73,360/-.
