Mumbai, May 20 -- Shaily Engineering Plastics has allotted 40,155 equity shares under ESOP on 19 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 9,19,90,496 divided into 4,59,95,248 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
