Mumbai, July 17 -- The initial public offer of SBI Funds Management 5,18,95,47,350 received bids for shares as against 12,45,63,536 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 41.66 times.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIBs) portion was subscribed 140.11 times, the non-institutional investors (NII) category was subscribed 22.51 times and retail individual investors category was subscribed 3.60 times. The employee and shareholder portions were subscribed 4.65 times and 9.52 times, respectively.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday (14 July 2026) and it closed on Thursday (16 July 2026). The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 545 to Rs 574 per share. The minimum order quantity is 26 equity shares.
