Mumbai, June 17 -- Sammaan Capital has allotted 26,87,663 equity shares under ESOP on 17 June 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 116,15,43,631 fully paid-up equity shares having face value of Rs 2/- each and 30,13,213 partly paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs 2 each.
